Ellen Seiden has contributed articles and stories to such magazines as Cricket, Renaissance, Faces, ASK, Mysteries, Los Angeles, and Highlights for Children. Her short story, Letters From Peter Pan, won the Grand Prize for humor from Children’s Writer, and her nonfiction history articles have also garnered awards. Ms. Seiden has written a young adult fantasy novel, The World of What If.
Her writing background includes advertising, corporate communications and public relations. She also wrote copy for two museum exhibits for the California Museum of Science and Industry: Timescapes and Balancing Acts.
A writer who loves all things historical and fantastical, Ellen Seiden says, “I’ll never be bored as long as there’s a good book to read.” She lives in L.A. with her husband and cat, and has two grown children in the creative arts.
